Lucy Cooks Mexican

It's about a year since we did a cookery day at Lucy Cooks, and we're back for another, once again as a Christmas present from Ruth's parents. We've been slow to take it up since I was away most of the year! This time it's Mexican, as we love the food and especially enjoyed it fresh when we went there...
